Group Lodging

We love groups, and each of our 5 properties offers scalability for groups of any size (see below). We offer discounts for various group sizes, and Pat can customize to meet your needs. Call her directly to discuss what options might work best for you.

Briarwood Lodge is so well-suited for group gatherings that we even have a space called the “Gathering Room.” Everything from a cozy room with a loft (just right for a couple) to the Music Room (sleeps up to 6) to a fully appointed three-bedroom split-level space called “The Apartment” is available in Briarwood. Two large common areas are also available and groups can rent all or part of the Lodge.

All Seasons Inn can be rented in its entirety for family reunions or corporate get togethers, and the large verandas provide great common areas for socializing, small group meetings, or mixers. Each room accommodates two easily. Our suites Valentine I and II and Christmas (two room equivalents) sleep 4-6.

Daffodil Cottage has luxury suites, a full apartment- The Rose Garden, town-house style lodging-Tacy Erin, and a relaxed vibe that can help set the “just right” mood for your smaller group. Larger common areas are available from adjacent ASLP properties as “add-ons” if your group wants to stay in Daffodil but needs the larger indoor space.

The Piedmont House was originally built as a boarding house, so group lodging is second nature here. Common areas include a dining room with plenty of tables and chairs for group discussions or leisurely board games, large wrap-around porches with rockers, and conversation areas scattered throughout the three levels. Many a family has found the Piedmont House to be a great fit for their reunion, especially when they rent the whole house. Talk to Pat for details and specific rates.

ASLP’s Treehouse Village privacy and beauty cannot be beat. One-of-a-kind outdoor living areas, spacious decks (some in front and some in back), and a location off-the-beaten-path enough to make relaxing easily said AND easily done all help create the type of low pressure attitude that group travel often lacks.
